Complaints Procedure
- If you are unhappy with the service you receive from CV4.biz, please let us know as soon as possible
- All complaints will be held in utmost confidentiality, and will be dealt with in a fair and effective manner, to ensure that you are kept informed at all times of its progress
- Please direct any complaint in the first instance by email to complaints@CV4.biz Full contact details are available from the About Us page, where the office is staffed Monday-Friday 9am-5pm UK time
- When a complaint is received, the full details will be recorded in the Complaint Log, including emails, letters and telephone calls
- A response will be made to the customer within 5 working days
- Where the complaint is of a more complex nature and requires further investigation, the customer will be contacted within 5 working days and advised of this. The customer will be given an indication of how soon a full response will be made
- Where it is not possible for a complaint to be resolved, the customer will be given a clear explanation in writing
- A Director will review the Complaint Log on a quarterly basis. Where this highlights a particular problem or pattern, this will be investigated and remedial action taken
- Your statutory rights are not affected
